You can't do anything about yesterday. Can you ? And it is no point worrying about the future because you don't have any control over it. However, you can still do something about your life today! You can make right choices and make a big difference in your life. So don't worry about pass regrets and future worries. Live one day at a time. You will be much happier.

Have you ever had a dream, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?
